INTRUST conducts a quarterly review of every manager’s past performance and compares those results to an
applicable benchmark for their respective market segment. Each actively managed mutual fund is evaluated
based on specific criteria and graded using INTRUST’s proprietary (k)SCORE℠
analysis. This methodology is applied to all actively managed equity, fixed income and target date
funds offered to participants as investment options within the retirement plan. It is not applied to stable
value or indexed funds.
INTRUST’s (k)SCORE analysis provides an objective, quarterly assessment as to whether a mutual fund inside a
participant-directed retirement plans meets INTRUST’s standards. The (k)SCORE analysis measures multiple
factors and assigns an objective rating that is then scored against a pass/fail criterion.
